Aldo Minozzi
Background
I am a licenced Architect with a Masters degree in Architecture and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design. My qualifications include a unique knowledge of all development phases within a project from initial client relationships to its final construction.
Having been at the helm of my own firm in Puerto Rico for the past years has made me understand the importance of efficient management skills without abandoning the aspects of design or human development. I have focused my practice on the symbiotic relationship of client's needs, site, physical, climate and contextual constraints. I choose to see these conditions as opportunities rather than limitations to design solutions. My approach to architecture is focused on creating out of the box buildings and environments that enrich the lives of its occupants.
Before heading my own firm I was recruited as a partner of Atelier Engrenage to support the management of existing and new project development. In charge of general office administration and employee supervision of a ten person firm.
Previously I was Project Architect/Manager for The Office of Marvel & Marchand Architects, LLP. I was responsible for leading various projects concurrently. In charge of construction supervision of residential and institutional projects. Have been a part of various multi-million dollar projects, and have completed them on time and within budget. I was also responsible for the construction supervision, permits, development of construction documents, schematic designs and the presentation of the projects.
